Synopsis

“…The harsh lives of these ignored and thus invisible children are movingly illustrated.”
Deborah Young, VARIETY

Transcending cultural and physical borders, this emotive ensemble of seven short films explores child exploitation and poverty on a global scale. Produced for UNICEF and boasting an all-star international cast including David Thewlis, Rosie Perez and Kelly Macdonald working beside directors such as Ridley Scott (Gladiator), John Woo (The Killer) and Spike Lee (Inside Man), each story superbly illustrates a confronting reality all too often ignored.

Produced for the benefit of UNICEF, All The Invisible Children is a remarkable cross-cultural insight into the plight of poverty-stricken and exploited children. Divided into seven short films, each is skilfully directed with a raw and honest sense of purpose. Although very different from one another, all seven stories share a common thread of humanity decayed by poverty. From children wielding machine guns in an arid wilderness to a young girl living with AIDS in New York City, All The Invisible Children is both heartbreaking and compelling.
